I found a series on YouTube of a guy who helps people simulate a IT Help Desk lab. This is exactly what I’ve been waiting for. What I’m hoping to get from this is to learn the ins and outs of how a help desk station works. Even though I have experience as a level 2 PC Technician. I think think would help build a solid foundation on some of the basics.
What I’m hoping to gain from this series is:
- Troubleshooting
- Active Directory
- MS Server
